When my abusers have inflicted pain programming to me, I would feel all sorts of pain, whether physical or psychological, because he has wanted to derive pleasure from seeing me suffer. With the tracking programming, he was able to know everything about me, without myself reporting it back to him. It goes automatic, just like device tracking by using technology, so that he would have full control over me. It is not only the tracking of movements, but also every thought, relationship networks, my complete profile of personalities, knowledge, experiences, state of perception and everything that can be tracked, he was able to know about it.

With the lock programming, he was controlling me to not able to know my other DID alters, by having complete amnesia, so that when another fragmented self-state is out, it does not know that the previous one has existed. By this method, it has made sure that I would always remain powerless and be intellectually disabled, via his disability programming and yes, disability of me was fully caused intentionally.
